The QSE15X series are OPTOLOGIC integrated circuits with a Schmitt trigger at the output, providing hysteresis for noise immunity and pulse shaping. The basic building blocks of the IC include a photodiode, a linear amplifier, voltage regulator, Schmitt trigger, and four output options. TTL/LSTTL compatible outputs can drive up to 10 TTL loads with supply current from 4.5V to 16.0V. These devices are marked with a color band for easy identification.
